Bright blooms of roses splashed over a foundation of white paint freshen an old chair. Rose and leaf stencils make this painting project a breeze. Cut the stencils from flexible crafts foam so they mold around the chair surfaces. Then spray on the base coat and allow to dry. Hand detailing gives each bloom its own personality.
